Searching For A Part-Time Facility Maintenance Coordinator

We're in search of a part-time Facility Maintenance Coordinator to help with facility upkeep as Stanley Lai prepares for retirement this year. We're grateful to Stanley for his dedicated service in maintaining our facility for the past 11 years.

Responsibilities will include conducting regular facility inspections to ensure all building systems are functioning properly (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, flooring, roofing, fire systems, etc.). Maintenance tasks may involve painting, patching walls, inspecting roofs, weatherproofing, HVAC upkeep, lubricating parts, pest control, and replacing light bulbs. The ideal candidate should have previous building maintenance experience. Please see the job description for additional information.
